You can shop 24/7 on weddingfavorsnow.com using our secure website. Orders take 2 - 3 full business days to process. Any orders received after 3pm CST will be processed on the next business day. Most Engraved items take 5 - 7 business days before they are shipped. Heavier wedding seasons we allow up to 10 days. But we do our best to get it out as quickly as possible. We offer several forms of payment: Visa and MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Our Prices & Discount Codes
We attend gift shows, trade shows and conventions to actively search for manufacturers and/or distributors with the lowest price and view the quality of all of our products before we offer them to our customers. We make every effort to keep our prices current, competitive and error free. However, human error can occur when we are updating the products on the site and with our vendors raising their prices. Therefore, all prices are subject to change without notice!
Discounts Codes are given to receive special pricing off your total order. However, this special discount cannot be applied to items already on sale to get a further discount. If you choose this code and enter it at the checkout and receive a discount off of your order that has items on sale, then your account will be readjusted and you will be rebilled.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax will only be assessed on those who reside in the state of Kansas. Your tax rate is destination based. Which means the tax will be charged to the location the item is being shipped to, your location or another location in Kansas. If items are purchased in Kansas but shipped to another state, sales tax will not be assessed.

Do you have a catalog?
Weddingfavorsnow.com has over a thousand products and our website is updated weekly. Sometimes our collections change and items are deleted or discontinued, therefore we do not offer a catalog at this time.
Samples?
WeddingFavorsnow.com understands that you want to view a sample before committing to a large quantity. Samples include boxes. However, by purchasing one of an item is also considered your sample. At Wedding Favors Now we stand by the quality and service of our work and the quality of every product we sell. Upon receipt of your order, please open your box immediately and inspect all of your items. And please adhere to the following terms.

Cancellations: If you place an order online or over the phone you must cancel within 24 hours after it is received by weddingfavorsnow.com. Call us or email us with your order number when requesting a cancellation.

If for any reason you are shorted an item you must call us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

If after receiving your order you find defects in the materials or final products, you must call us first to inform us of the return, return it in its new condition and original packaging, including a copy of the invoice and an explanation of your return

Requests for these exchanges must be reported to us within 3 days after delivery and must be authorized by personnel before returning.

No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

Non-Refundable items include the following: perishable items such as food items, gift baskets, candy, almonds, soaps, candles, personalized or engraved items, special or custom orders, large orders over $200, etc.

Please be advised that shipping charges are non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on authorized returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized and those items that have not been returned within 14 days.

WeddingFavorsNow.com ships via UPS Ground, 2nd day or Next day air unless otherwise specified. Sometimes, smaller items will be shipped USPS and your account will be credited within 10 business days if there are major differences in shipping costs. Our website calculates UPS Shipping costs at the time of checkout. Separate shipping charges may apply if the weight is different than what is shown on our website.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or to FPO Boxes.

We do not ship outside the United States.

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and the location of the shipping destination.

Sometimes, shipping charges may be different than what is calculated on our website. We have warehouses in California, Georgia, Kansas and Florida. Depending on where your item is shipping from the price may be different than what is calculated on our website. Therefore, your credit card will be charged separately for any additional charges or credited within 10 days for major overages in shipping charges. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If I choose Next Day Delivery, will I get my order tomorrow?
No. First of all, We require two business days to process your order. It may take longer if products are on backorder. When we are ready to ship (the ship date), we will select the delivery method you have chosen (Next Day, Two Day, Ground). If you have chosen Next Day Delivery, then you should receive your package on the next BUSINESS day after the ship date. Likewise, if you have chosen Two Day Delivery, then you should receive your package two business days after the ship date.
What is the delivery time?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Most of our products and custom products on our website, such as custom cookies may require additional time, which is specified on each product page. Personalized or Engraved items will ship within 5-10 days depending on the size of your order. Check each product page for specific delivery times.
If the item is out of stock and we need additional time, you will be notified.
Can I track my order?
If you register on our website and provide us with an email address, then once we ship your order you will receive an email from us that will have your tracking number(s) and an estimated time of delivery
