The base price reflects the price of the glass vase with one 4" stick bamboo. You may add options to design your own custom arrangment including the desired number of sticks, river rocks, or colored marbles. Minimum order for these lucky bamboo plant favors are 24.

Packaging/Delivery: All our plant products are sent with our proven custom packaging system to ensure that the pot and plant arrive safely and healthy. Rocks/Marbles are packaged separately to prevent breakage.

Please Note: To keep shipping costs low, all favors arrive unassembled. Easy assembly instructions are included with shipment.

Please allow a delivery lead time of at least 2 weeks. Orders are shipped to arrive approximately 1 week before the date specified in the "date needed" field. A representative will contact you via email after placing an order.

Important Live Plants Policy: We take pride in our live plants. Our plants are hand picked from our nursery for form and shape. Before shipment, each plant is freshly watered and fertilized to ensure its health upon arrival. To eliminate issues regarding weather damages, we choose hardy plants and ship with little to no issue. Please unpack all plants immediately upon receipt and begin proper care.

Damaged/Defective Plants: If a plant is damaged or defective, we must be notified WITHIN 7 DAYS of customer receipt. Call us between 9am and 5pm Eastern Standard Time or send an email to info@weddingfavorsnow.com to arrange the return or replacement of a defective item. Due to the nature of many of our plant products, please understand that we cannot be responsible for the health of a plant once it is out of our care.

Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses resulting in Undeliverable/Delayed Package

Because of the perishable nature of our products, shipments to incorrect current addresses will void Wedding Favors Now.com Live Plant Guarantees.

Care Information:

Upon arrival, open box of bamboo and set aside in indirect sunlight.
Lucky Bamboo are shipped in a water gel which can keep them moist for up to 1 month.
Rocks/Marbles are packaged separately to prevent breakage.
After assembly, water with filtered or bottled water for best results.
included with each plant is a hanging care tag informing you the best and recommended method for upkeeping your tree.
