We require 2-3 full business days to process your order. Orders received after 3pm CST will be placed on the next business day. Engraved or Personalized items can take anywhere from 7 - 10 working days before they are shipped. But we try to get them out within 5 - 7 days. High volume seasons expect the maximum wait time.

WeddingFavorsNow.com ships via UPS Ground, 2nd day or Next day air unless otherwise specified. Sometimes, smaller items will be shipped USPS and your account will be credited within 10 business days if there are major differences in shipping costs. Our website calculates UPS Shipping costs at the time of checkout. PLEASE NOTE: Separate shipping charges may apply if the weight is different than what is shown on our website and you will be charged separately for the difference.

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and the location of the shipping destination.

Sometimes, shipping charges may be different than what is calculated on our website, this is based on the weight and location we are shipping to. We have warehouses in California, Georgia, Kansas and Florida. Depending on where your item is shipping from the price may be different than what is calculated on our website. We do not increase our product prices to cover the cost of shipping and nor do we cover the extra costs, this is passed on to our customers. We also do not make profits off the shipping, like most of our competitors. Therefore, your credit card will be charged separately for any additional charges or credited within 10 business days for any overcharges. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping Chocolates and Candy
Most of our personalized chocolate and candy favors need 2 weeks of processing and production time. This does not include shipping time. So choosing an expedited shipping of overnight or 2nd day air does not speed up your processing time! Sometimes we have low volume production days and your order can be shipped out quicker than normal. However, the warehouse tries to get as close to your event date you provided us to ensure that your product is fresh and arrives on time. Most of our product descriptions give you this information, please make sure to scroll down and read all of the description. In addition, we cannot be responsible for shipments that do not arrive on time due to last minute ordering or problems that occur through the shipping companies. We will do our best to help you get your order on time, but please remember if you order in less than 2 weeks you may need to pay Rush order charges and expedite your shipping to Overnight or 2nd Day air.
During Winter months all chocolates and candy will be shipped via Ground shipping unless otherwise noted by your request for expedited shipping. From May - October all of our chocolate items are shipped Overnight or 2nd Day Air to prevent melting. You may still choose to order via Ground shipping if you feel the temperatures are cooler. But we are not responsible for any melting! If you live in Florida, we suggest overnight as a precaution. These months bring warmer temperatures and we want to ensure that your product arrives as described. However we need your cooperation as well. Please understand that we are not responsible for the weather and your product melting. If you know that someone is not going to be home during the day when this is delivered to your doorstep, then PLEASE have it shipped to your place of employment or a friend or a family member. Otherwise, expect melting to occur. Don't forget that most delivery trucks are not air conditioned and your box may be on the truck for hours. Although your box may include ice packs they are only meant to last for up to 48 hours.
PLEASE SELECT OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY AIR, MAY - OCTOBER, DURING CHECKOUT. IF YOU FORGET, YOU WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES. ONCE MID-OCTOBER ARRIVES YOU CAN SELECT GROUND SHIPPING IF YOU PREFER. HOWEVER, IF TEMPERATURES ARE LOWER THAN NORMAL, ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE TO SHIP GROUND PER YOUR REQUEST IN WRITING. AS ALWAYS, SHIPPING ANY CHOCOLATES OR CANDY DURING SUMMER MONTHS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. If I choose Next Day Delivery, will I get my order tomorrow?
No. First of all, We require 2-3 business days to process your order. It may take longer if products are on backorder. When we are ready to ship (the ship date), we will select the delivery method you have chosen (Next Day, Two Day, Ground). If you have chosen Next Day Delivery, then you should receive your package on the next BUSINESS day after the ship date. Likewise, if you have chosen Two Day Delivery, then you should receive your package two business days after the ship date.
Today is Monday and my event is on Friday or Saturday, will I get my order on time?
No, if you choose Ground shipping. No, if you choose 2nd Day Air. Yes, if you select Overnight. To be honest you are cutting it too close if you are ordering the week of your event and we cannot guarantee that it will leave the warehouse on the 2nd day, but most likely by the third day. For example if you place your order on Monday before 3pm CST, and you select 2nd Day air, it ships from our Warehouse on the 3rd day, You will receive it on Monday. Therefore, if your event is on Friday or Saturday, you will not have your products.
What is the delivery time?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Most of our products and custom products on our website, such as custom cookies may require additional time, which is specified on each product page. Personalized or Engraved items will ship within 5 business days depending on the size of your order. Check each product page for specific delivery times.
If the item is out of stock and we need additional time, you will be notified.
Can I track my order?
If you register on our website and provide us with an email address, then once we ship your order you will receive an email from us that will have your tracking number(s) and an estimated time of delivery
